ineffective air conditioning self-activating television
the room was clean when i arrived, a simple detail that met my basic expectations.
I found the air conditioning completely ineffective. The room felt stuffy despite my attempts to adjust the settings. also, the television turned on by itself several times during the night. this was very disruptive.

efficient staff spacious room helpful transport easy travel
i stayed for several nights and found the staff very efficient at check-in i thought that was useful. i appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of my room it was super nice. taxis were available outside i noticed. the tram stop near the hotel offered transport options for easy travel.
i found that the air conditioning seemed to struggle a little with the summer heat in the room.

the room included a shower and a bathtub i used both. the bed was comfortable i could sleep well. elegant décor added to the space appearance overall.

Breakfast offered tasty options with lots of choice i liked that. i recommend the pancakes. Staff make them on request. i noticed the personnel were nice during breakfast service every day.

the hotel features a spa area with a jacuzzi, i enjoyed that. a fitness center is available. the wellness facilities added positively to my stay.

wonderful stay
tram stop bright room comfortable bed good value
i appreciated the tram stop location right outside the door, travel was easy. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. the bed provided wonderful comfort . I found good value for the money.
the air conditioning did not work well enough one day, i found this annoying.

The beautiful twin room includes two beds with elegant décor and super clean cleanliness. It also has a beautiful skyline view. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. It is very spacious. the beds are comfortable.

Breakfast had tasty food and plenty of choice. Staff make pancakes on request, and i recommend them. I saw a nice waitress at breakfast. She provided great service. There are rewe and dm shops across the street.

The hotel features a perfect spa area and jacuzzi. I saw a fitness area plus wellness amenities were available. the hotel has multiple elevators. They access different locations. there is also tram and rail transport available.

The reception was helpful and efficient. Staff were friendly. The check-in process was easy. i received quick help when needed. The staff were eager to assist guests. taxis wait outside the hotel often.
